Returns
Nats Cafe LLC does not accept returns. 

If an item is defective or damaged in any way on arrival, Nats Cafe LLC should be contacted within 7 days for information about compensation. Nats Cafe LLC holds the right to refuse any returns made after this timeframe.

International Orders
Non-US orders will be considered as an international order. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which will be collected upon delivery. As a customer, you will be responsible for payment of such import charges. Nats Cafe LLC is not liable for any duties or taxes associated with any orders processed by Nats Cafe LLC.
